My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe was a mixed experience. While the location is great and the room was perfect, I found the service inconsistent, particularly regarding late-night dining options. Dining options were plenty, but breakfast for elite members left something to be desired.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Santa Fe, but I noticed that the rooms do show some signs of needing refurbishment. The executive lounge was excellent, especially with the warm service from staff like Juan and Jimena, who made breakfast feel special. However, I did face some confusion with currency conversion at check-in, leaving me a bit frustrated. Overall, there were highlights, but some areas could use improvement. 😊

My stay at the JW Marriott in Santa Fe was a mixed bag. While the hotel had some excellent features like attentive staff and a lovely view of the city, the overall experience was marred by issues such as a lack of water and slow room service. This hotel didn't seem to live up to the JW Marriott standard I expected, leaving me quite disappointed.

Rooms

My deluxe room had a beautiful city view and was quite spacious. It was mostly clean and well-maintained, though I did find the lack of hooks for towels inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I encountered significant issues like the long wait for room service and a phone that didn't work. The absence of a proactive response during the water outage was particularly disappointing.

Breakfast had a good selection, though my specific request for coffee wasn't honored, leading to a frustrating experience. However, the dining options in the area were excellent.

Facilities like room service and laundry were available, but the length of time it took to get a meal was frustrating. The hotel needs to improve on response time and service efficiency.

I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City. The rooms are contemporary and extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a fabulous variety. However, the pool area needs improvement, particularly regarding the lack of functioning bathrooms and lounge chair cushions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays! 😊

Rooms

My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a minibar and a Nespresso machine, making for a cozy stay. The blackout blinds were a nice touch, ensuring I could get some rest! However, I did notice the lack of hooks for towels and no place to put a wet bathing suit.

The staff were friendly and professional, especially Juan in the Executive Lounge, who provided excellent service at breakfast. Overall, the management and staff were welcoming, contributing to a pleasant experience.
Location

The hotel's location in Santa Fe is fantastic, with a safe environment and plenty of nearby dining options, including an excellent Italian restaurant. It’s not in the busiest touristic area, but accessing such places is easy.
Dining

Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of both Mexican and traditional dishes. I found the dinner offerings a bit less impressive, but overall, the dining experience was satisfying.
Facilities

While the pool area was clean and inviting, I was disappointed by the lack of functioning restrooms and chair cushions for the lounge chairs. The gym was small compared to other hotels, but still functional.
